We deliver as soon as possible. We can not be held responsible for any delay related to the carrier itself. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform the customer as soon as possible or will propose a replacement product.

Delivery and transport
The items available are sent by Swiss Post within 2 to 3 days. In the case where the option "Swiss Post" is selected, shipping fees will be charged to the customer. Regarding pick-up at our shipping dock, delivery charges are free.
Return or exchange of goods.
Return merchandise is accepted only if it is clearly established that the items are defective in origin or non-conforming. In this case alone, the items are taken back and exchanged at our expense. In the event that the exchange is not possible, and if agreed by the customer, a gift voucher or a voucher to the value of the merchandise will be proposed.
In any case, the defective items must be returned to Swiss' n Wines within 7 days. These items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels including their references) accompanied by the delivery note.

All personal datas will be treated as confidential and processed in the same way. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing but will in no case be communicated to other entities or persons outside our company.
